Completely replace roof or partially renovate?

Not every roof needs to be completely replaced. Sometimes renewing the roofing and insulation is sufficient, while sometimes a completely new roof is the better investment. That depends on the condition of the roof decking, the structure, and how long you want it to last.
During a partial roof renovation, for example, we only replace the bitumen roofing or the roof tiles and we'll grab the right away roof insulation included. During a complete roof replacement, we also renew the boarding and the structure where necessary. After the inspection, we will present both options to you, with honest advice on what yields the best results in your situation.
