When is the most cost-effective time to insulate your roof? When the roof is already open, for example during a roof renovation or replacing the roofing.
When insulating a roof, we first examine the existing structure. Insulating without considering ventilation leads to moisture problems and wood rot. Therefore, we tailor the insulation to your roof, whether this is done from the inside with insulation boards or from above during a renovation. This way, you keep the heat inside without creating new problems.

Each roof type
We often insulate a pitched roof from the inside, between or under the rafters, or from above when replacing the roof tiles. We insulate a flat roof from above, directly under the new bitumen roofing. Which approach is best depends on your roof and whether you are already having other roofing work carried out.
