In Veenendaal, we completely rebuilt a flat roof with root-resistant bitumen roofing from Royal Garden. The old roofing was due for replacement and offered insufficient protection against moisture and root growth.

The roof is constructed in layers and finished with a mineral topcoat on the roof edges and upstands. The gable connections are fitted with new leadwork, the roof opening is sealed watertight, and the overflows drain rainwater effectively.

The result is a flat roof that lasts for years and is also suitable for a sedum roof.
