Why do gutters often leak specifically at the seams and in the corners? Because that is where the most water collects, and old zinc or poor soldering is the first to fail.

We look not only at the gutter itself, but also at the slope and the connection to the downpipe. A gutter without a proper slope continues to retain water, and that eats away at the material and your fascia board.
